Hello new Pioneer and welcome to ÂãÁÄÖ±²¥ East Bay! Transfer Orientation is an important program that will help you make a smooth transition from community college to ÂãÁÄÖ±²¥. You will learn about essential campus resources and student support services, and receive academic advising. Transfer orientation is required for all transfer students.
Have you been admitted for Fall 2026? Online orientation is happening this week.
You can register for our online orientation today. Our online sessions are happening on the following dates and times:
- June 8 @ 10 AM - 12 PM
- June 9 @ 2 PM - 4 PM
Not sure how to register for orientation? After you submit your Statement of Intent to Register (SIR), you can register for orientation through MyCSUEB. You can follow the steps below to register:
Step 1: Go to MYCSUEB and sign in.
Step 2: Click on the "Student Orientation" tile.
Step 3: Choose your Orientation Date.

Why Orientation?

Transfer Orientation is an important activity that will help you transition into our University and set you up for success at ÂãÁÄÖ±²¥.
